ChiStepper.com has partnered with the GDI Heritage Ball to bring you the first annual “Steppin’ Allstar Game.”  The Steppin’ Allstar Game will assemble some of THE BEST steppers in the nation to compete in a series of skill challenges.  While there are no major cash prizes or awards, many of the top dancers in the nation have already confirmed their participation to show off their skills amongst their fellow dancers.  We only have a limited number of spots, so please be mindful that top every interested top Stepper won’t dance this year. In place of the popular Steppers Forum, ChiStepper has partnered with the GDI Heritage Ball to bring you the Steppin' Allstar Game.  It's NBA Allstar weekend, and we'll celebrating our own dance Allstars.  We already have an Allstar Lineup of Steppers confirmed, with more on the way.  The Steppin' Allstar Game will pit some of the best Steppers in nation against each other in a series of skill challenges.  There is no major grand prize ... the competition is all for fun!  More details on the actual skill challenges and confirmed Steppin' Allstars will be coming your way later this week.  The Steppin' Allstar Game will take place on Sunday, February 19th at the GDI Heritage Ball, in place of the forum.  The competition is invite only, but we are taking suggestions.  Emails can be sent to: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. The Majestic CEO Pete Frazier wants to help potential World’s Largest contestants with a partner matching service.  Pete says he’s received a number of requests from men and women who want to enter the World’s Largest Steppers Contest, but are having trouble finding a partner.  ChiStepper volunteered to help create the service.  All skills levels from Beginners to Heavy Hitters are welcome to participate.

ChiStepper saw this photo of GDI's Heritage Ball advertised in Upscale Mag yesterday on Facebook and I had to share it with you guys.  Among an esteemed group of Host Committee representatives is Ambassador Andrew Young.  Ambassador Young is sort of a BIG DEAL, so if you're unfamiliar with his work, Google him. GDI continues to demonstrate pure excellence with the Heritage Ball and a national magazine ad only adds to their steller promotion of the weekend.  Promoters pay attention ... you have to spend a little bit, to get a lot back in return.  When you see 3, 4, or 5 thousand people in a convention center, understand that it's not by accident.  GDI invests in their weekend and the great thing about it is, when arrive at the event, you can tell.  ChiStepper has a lot more coming on the Heritage Ball, so stay tuned.
